Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Community
of West St. Modeste Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of West St. Modeste Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of West St. Modeste are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being
the highwater mark at Then north 78° west a distance of 2,584 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 20° east a distance of 3,040 metres, more or less, to a point on the south bank of an unnamed river which flows to the east into Pinware Bay; Then following the sinuosities of the
south shore of the river in a northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth
of the river, that point being the highwater mark on the shoreline of Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a general southerly direction running along the Tickle, West St. Modeste and including St. Modeste Island to its point of commencement.
