of Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of York Harbour Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of York Harbour are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being
on the eastern bank of Rattler Brook which flows into the Then following the eastern bank of the brook in a generally southerly direction to a point due east of Blow Me Down Hill; Then due west a distance of 925 metres, more or less, to the summit of Blow Me Down Hill; Then south 71° 30' west a distance of 4,650 metres, more or less, to a point on the shoreline of an unnamed pond where a stream flows to the southwest; Then south 75° 30' west a distance of 1,250 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the shoreline of an unnamed pond where an unnamed stream flows to the west; Then following the southern bank of the stream in a generally westerly direction a distance of 1,000 metres to the main feeder pond; Then following the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of the pond to its most western point; Then due west a distance of 575 metres, more or less, to the eastern shoreline of an unnamed pond; Then following the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of the pond in a westerly direction to its southwestern extremity; Then north 20° 00' west a distance of
3,400 metres, more or less, to the summit of Then north 42° 00' east a distance of
1,125 metres, more or less, to the summit of Then south 61° 30' east a distance of 1,075 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the centre line of Route 46, 100 metres, more or less, south of a point where an unnamed stream crosses Route 46 and flows into York Harbour from the west; Then south 4° 15' east a distance of 425 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of York Harbour; Then following the
