of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bear Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Ming's Bight as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 566000 5535000 6° 00' for a distance of 775 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 163° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 201° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 272° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres to the point of commencement.
