of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Beaverton Pond, Port Albert Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 680000 metres east, 5488875 metres north, 267° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,784 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 321° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 869 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 772 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 126° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 805 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,014 metres to the point of commencement.
