of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Black Head Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Nippers Harbour as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 579000 5515000 30° 00' for a distance of 425 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 346° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 902 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 72° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 117° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 150° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 267° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres to the point of commencement.
