Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Charlies Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Grey River as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 491000 5270000 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 344° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the point of commencement.
