Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Hare Hill Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 303000 5196000 144° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 247° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
