Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Pond Brook Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 657000 metres east, 5247000 metres north, 207° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 322 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 164° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,883 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 917 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 242° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,287 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,738 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,529 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,770 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,658 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
