of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Blast Hole Ponds Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 361000 5280000 135° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 340 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 81° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 580 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 121° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 570 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 660 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 242° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 490 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 305° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 440 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 58° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 290 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 356° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 370 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 25° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the point of commencement.
