Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Blue Gulch Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Pasadena as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 459000 5430000 87° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres from the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 141° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 56° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 115° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 0° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,250 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
