Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bluff Head Pond Watershed, Southport Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 304000 metres east, 5325000 metres north, 150° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the commencement point. Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 354 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 236° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 692 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 322 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 07° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 402 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.
