of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Broad Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Cappahayden as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 352000 5193000 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 295° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 233° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 281° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 298° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 315° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 01° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 65° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 115° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 150° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 118° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres to the point of commencement.
