of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bullock Cove Pond Protected Water Supply Area for the Town of Seldom ‑ Little Seldom as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 702000 metres east, 5502000 metres north, 45° 00' for a distance of 1,725 metres from the point of commencement; Then from the above point by a line drawn 107° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 171° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 132° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 311° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,700 metres to the point of commencement.
