of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of Section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate
Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the Burnt Ground Pond Water
Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 352000 5274000 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 311° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 44° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 341° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 47° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 52° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 169° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 130° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 237° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,225 metres to the point of commencement.
