Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Butcher's Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Come By Chance as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 278000 5303000 325° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 259° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 278° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 meters;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 339° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 01° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
