Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Charles Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Point of Bay as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 620000 metres east, 5460000 metres north, 104° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 90° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 31° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 86° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 133° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;
