Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Cook's Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Leading Tickles as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 614000 metres east, 5481000 metres north, 289° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 343° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 5° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
