of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Crouchers Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 434000 5476000 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 234° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 349° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 09° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.
