Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Davies Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 510090, 111° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 75 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 315° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the point of commencement.
