Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Deadman's Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 303000 5470000 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 184° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 274° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 272° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 295° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 60° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 92° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 101° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement.
