Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Dog Bay Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 677000 5480000 189° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;
