Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Dogberry Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Philips Head as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 200530 44° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 140° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 290° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 235° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
