of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and
Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the Dribble Brook Water
Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 640910 129° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 148° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 99° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,075 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 317° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 254° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres to the point of commencement.
