Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Eastern Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 316000 5377000 90° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 19° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 102° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 67° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 247° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 324° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres to the point of commencement.
