of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Feeder Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of McIvers as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 420000 5435000 65° 00' for a distance of 750 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 3° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 138° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 35° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 96° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 146° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 249° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 274° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres to the point of commencement.
