of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate
Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the French Island Pond Water
Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 210830 172° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 99° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 289° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres to the point of commencement.
