Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Gallants Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Gallants as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 306000 5496000 42° 00' for a distance of 1,400 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 40° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 131° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 243° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 300° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
