Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Grand Bank Brook Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 591000 metres east, 5215000 metres north, 148° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,207 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,287 meters;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 724 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 821 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 137° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,253 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 176° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 966 metres;
