Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Grand Fathers Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 700000 5470000 165° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 232° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 75° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
