of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Gull Pond ‑ Milkboy Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 594000 5493000 38° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 192° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 295° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 323° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the point of commencement.
