of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and
Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the
area generally known as the Gull Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 310000 5464000 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 126° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 97° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 150° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 293° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 315° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 65° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres to the point of commencement.
