of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Hant's Harbour Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 329000 metres east, 5315000 metres north, 125° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 0° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,768 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,044 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 131° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,304 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 186° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,255 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 237° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,481 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 933 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 853 metres to the point of commencement.
