Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Hodge River Water Supply Area for the Town of Whitbourne as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 310000 east 5255000 north 165° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 50° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 21° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;
