Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Horsebrook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 588000 5211000 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 359° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 110° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 223° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
