of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Humber Canal Water Supply Area for the Town of Deer Lake as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 460000 5430000 41° 30' for a distance of 3,750 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 39° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 343° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 64° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,125 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 12° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 38° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 47° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 173° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 188° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 163° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 313° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 296° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres to the point of commencement.
