of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate
Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor
in Council designates the area generally known as the Hynes Cove Pond Water
Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 599000 east 5488000 north 243° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 215° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 265° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 322° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 120° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 82° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the point of commencement.
