Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Indian Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Boyd's Cove as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 674000 east 5482000 north, 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 125° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 213° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 14° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 25° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 6° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
