Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Inkster Pond Water Supply Area for Newfoundland Processing Ltd. as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 276000 5297000 33° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 320° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 09° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 355° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 03° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 18° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;
