Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Irishtown Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Irishtown ‑ Summerside as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference UTM zone 21, 431000 metres east, 5426000 metres north, 28° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 296° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 20° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 164° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings are referred to Grid North.
