of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Jack's Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 593000 5688000 118° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 85° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 266° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 29° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 304° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 01° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres to the point of commencement.
