of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Jacky Tapp's Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 424000 5430000 186° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 90° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 161° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 221° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 298° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 344° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 21° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 57° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the point of commencement.
