of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Jumpers Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 665000 5467000 135° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 136° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 176° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 47° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 347° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 304° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
