of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Lapland Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 536000 5412000 130° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 194° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 39° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres to the point of commencement.
