Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Linton Lake Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 639000 5239000 21° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 07° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 286° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 322° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 20° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 68° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 90° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres;
