of Protected Watershed Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Little Island Pond Watershed Area, Carbonear as protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 323000 metres east, 5290000 metres north, 167° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 102° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 595 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 66° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,722 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 91° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,462 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 103° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,577 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,899 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 189° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,865 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,094 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,285 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 283° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,030 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 307° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 772 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,205 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,736 metres to the point of commencement.
