Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Bonavista as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 342000 5387000 114° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 96° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 161° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;
