of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Castors River North as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 503000 5643000 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 310° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 29° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 72° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 4° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 67° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 122° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 190° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres to the point of commencement; All bearings refer to Grid North. 183/94 The
