Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Notice
of Protected Water Supply Area Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and
Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the
area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 570860, 180° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 161° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 117° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 59° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 309° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 297° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres to the point of commencement.
