Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Lower Shoal Harbour River Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 279000 5336000 308° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 235° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 187° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 325° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;
