Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96‑153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Mainland Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Mainland as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 338000 5379000 356° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 325° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 353° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 144° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 166° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 226° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
